Rob Boirun
Rob Boirun writes every case study on SEO Lab. He founded PopNet Media and has worked in web and search for 25 years.
Since late 2025 he has built and run his sites with Claude Code, Anthropic’s AI coding agent. A survey of his project folders on October 8, 2026 counted about 75 git repositories: RV rental city sites, review and content sites, local sites for Huntsville, Alabama, and work for PopNet Media clients.
What does Rob write about on SEO Lab?
Each post is one of those projects: the SEO bug or decision it hit, what was done about it, and what the data said afterwards. The numbers come from his own Search Console and GA4 accounts, the git history of his repositories, and crawls he ran himself.

How can you check his work?
Every post ends with a Sources section that links each official document it quotes. Where the data does not answer a question, the post says so instead of estimating. How we make our content explains what Claude drafts and what Rob checks.
If you find an error, leave a comment on the post. Corrections are made in the post itself, with a dated note.
